Donny McCauley is a Colorado native and an entrepreneur who wanted to make skiing and snowboarding a more connected experience. After developing the idea and building the first version, Shredhead launched in December 2024, with thousands of downloads and enthusiastic riders using it to meet up on the mountain.

Donny was inspired by his own experiences on the slopes and wanted an easy way for people to see who else was out shredding - whether friends, locals, or other riders at the same resort.
